For creators
Paid for discovery, not for engagement bait.
AFTYR has no promoted placement to sell, so the only thing it can be good at is matching members to creators they actually want to find.
Two revenue lines
55%
Creator pool
55% of net membership receipts goes into a pool each period, divided between creators in proportion to qualified viewing.
your_share = pool × your_units ÷ total_units
80/20
Vault direct sales
Sell longer or higher-value sets directly. You set the price and keep 80% of every sale.
Vault items are separate from the membership feed and are never bundled into it.
You can check the arithmetic
Every allocation is reproducible from recorded inputs. Your studio shows the distributable pool for the period, your qualified units, the total units, and the exact rounding applied — including which fractional cent went where.
A view qualifies when
- · The viewer has an active membership.
- · The viewer is not you.
- · They watched at least the lesser of 6s or 50% of the clip.
- · It is their first qualifying view of that clip that UTC day.
- · They are under the 10-unit daily cap for you.
- · The event is not flagged suspicious, automated or duplicated.
Caps exist so a small number of viewers cannot dominate a period’s allocation, and so farming views is not profitable.
What is required of you
Verification and consent are not paperwork to be worked around — they are the reason members trust the platform enough to pay $14.99 a month for it. Content cannot publish until every person depicted is verified as an adult and has granted consent for that specific piece of content and that specific distribution scope.
You cannot approve your own content, and you cannot edit a moderation decision. Those separations are enforced by the permission model, not by convention.
